Madden NFL 15, the latest edition of EA Sports’ football franchise, has been unexpectedly added to the vault of games that EA Access subscribers may download and play.

EA Access tweeted out the news this afternoon. Madden NFL 15 joins NBA Live 15 in the Vault, along with 2013’s Madden NFL 25 and EA Sports UFC, which launched in June 2014.

Unlike the NBA, the NFL’s season is over, concluding a month ago with the Super Bowl.

EA Access is available only for Xbox One subscribers. Sony declined a deal to offer the program on PlayStation Network, saying at the time that “it does not bring the kind of value PlayStation customers have come to expect.”

Electronic Arts has said once a game goes into its vault, it will not be removed. Current vault games include Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, Battlefield 4, Need for Speed Rivals and Peggle 2. The service also allows players a six-hour sneak preview of certain games in the weekend before their release.
