Minecraft on the PlayStation 4 will make use of the DualShock 4’s touchpad, Mojang said Thursday in a progress report on this version of the game, which is due to arrive in August.

In addition to the touchpad, which can be used for crafting and menu navigation,Minecraft will feature worlds “36 times bigger than the ones you might be used to onPlayStation 3,” Mojang said on the PlayStation Blog. The game will fully support all the social sharing options of the PlayStation 4 as well.

Minecraft‘s PS4 edition will coincide with the arrival of versions for the PS Vita and Xbox One. Those who purchased the PS3 edition will be able to download the version for PS Vita for free. The Xbox One version will be upgradeable for $4.99 for those who bought 2012’s Minecraft: Xbox 360 edition. The standard price for all three versions is $19.99.
