Elite Atlas Headset
The Turtle Beach Elite Atlas gaming headset brings esports performance and ultimate comfort to every game, match or battle. Turtle Beach’s signature tuned 50mm Nanoclear over-ear speakers are ready to deliver Windows Sonic surround sound crisply as athletic fabric-wrapped Aerofit ear cushions block out external noise and deepen bass response while the removable pro-gaming mic with Truspeak technology mic ensures your commands are heard loud and clear. Add to this long-lasting comfort from a sleek metal floating headband and for gamers with glasses, patented Pro-Specs glasses friendly design alleviates ear cushion pressure, all which keeps you playing longer and winning more!

These Cans Are Bang For Your Buck
The Atlas units are well designed and Turtle Beach has made some big improvements to the Elite collection with this Atlas product, the microphone is flexible but sturdy, able to maintain whatever shape you contort it to with some well-tuned resistance.

LARGE 50MM NANOCLEAR SPEAKERS

The Elite Atlas headset features Turtle Beach’s large, powerful 50mm Nanoclear over-ear speakers, created specifically for esports to deliver the clearest team chat via crisper sound with less distortion for a game changing audio experience.

So How Do They Shape Up And Sound?

Turtle Beach’s audio engineers separate the different channels particularly well, most notably for game-relevant audio cues, such as footsteps and reloads.

So your asking what dont you get with these cans that you would by spending a little bit more money?

Well you don’t get pre-set audio signature sound EQs. You don’t get the wireless factor. Or quite the robust build.

But for the price, this is a great set of earphones that sits up there with the best when it comes to pure decent gaming sound.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 really shows off these headphones for example gunshots feel like they’re wizzing right past the head and explosions have a deep bass sound effect on the entire body.
The Atlas is comfortable thanks to a rigid but padded band across the top of your head with heavy memory foamed ear cups clasping over your ears giving a soft feel. After wearing them for around 3 hours a one gaming session my ears did not feel sore or heavy compared to other headsets we have used in the past, they feel soft and gentle on the ear.

What you get With the Elite Atlas Headset

In the box,

  • The Gaming Headset for PC (also works with other gaming systems and mobile devices)
  • Headset audio cable with inline controls
  • PC splitter cable
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Removable microphone

Elite Atlas Headset

With a price tag of £89.99 this is an extremely well made, light headset that feels like its worth a huge amount more. It has excellent gaming sound and decent but not brilliant music audio offering but for the money you cant have everything especially when other headsets cost double the price and more.
Normally with Turtle Beach you have to pay a lot more than £100 to get a decent well made headset but if your looking to purchase a new gaming headset then I dont think you can beat these for the money. Do yourself a favour and make sure these are at the top of your Christmas List and keep your fingers crossed Santa delivers just like Turtle Beach did with these cans!
You can check them out some more on the Turtle Beach website, and get free shipping there as well.
