Nintendo’s SNES Classic Mini was released earlier this year and despite some pre-launch stock jitters it’s starting to calm down a bit as we approach Christmas, with a surprising amount of stock actually available.

A quick look at StockInformer.co.uk will tell you that the big retailers such as Tesco, Argos, John Lewis, ToysRus, Smyths and more are still running dry when it comes to stock for the pint-sized console.

However, GAME does seem to have stock, but is only selling in dribs and drabs.

At the time of writing, GAME has had stock available online on four separate occasions since 10am Saturday morning.

So our first piece of advice would be to sign up to the websites stock alerts so you know ASAP when you need to head to the website to frantically click buy.

However, if you’re looking to purchase one today, you might be able to from your local GAME retailer.Which might mean putting.

Since this morning a number of GAME stores up and down the country have been tweeting to let customers know of their SNES availability and there’s quite a few going.

We’ve pulled together a quick list of the GAME store who have tweeted today to confirm they have stock, but we would still advise that all potential customers ring/tweet the store beforehand to double/triple check they still have them before you head outside.

Equally, it’s worth noting that most stores will not be able to reserve them, so don’t hang about if your local has one in store.
